Data Rights
GDPR and Your Data Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with similar privacy laws, you can ask DollApp to help you access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data.
Last updated: May 3, 2026
1. Your Rights
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Portability: ask for a copy of your data in a usable format.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account and personal data where legally possible.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we process certain data.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent: change your mind where processing depends on consent.
2. How to Make a Request
The fastest way to request deletion is the public delete account page. If you are signed in, you can export data from your privacy settings. For anything else, email support@dollapp.co with the email address connected to your DollApp account and the request you want to make.
3. Verification
For privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will only ask for information needed to confirm that the request belongs to you.
4. Response Timing
We aim to respond to valid requests within one month. If a request is complex or we receive many requests at once, we may extend the time where allowed by law and will explain the reason.
5. Limits and Retention
Some data may need to be kept for legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting, or tax reasons. When we cannot delete data immediately, we limit access and keep it only for as long as needed.
