Use DollApp honestly and only list items you have the right to sell.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, messages, and transactions.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that harm trust, safety, or the community.

Some features may depend on identity, payment, shipping, or fraud-prevention checks.

1. About DollApp

DollApp is a peer-to-peer fashion marketplace where people can discover, buy, and sell pre-loved clothing, accessories, and beauty products. We provide the platform, tools, and support that help users connect, but users remain responsible for the listings, purchases, and messages they create.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to protect the service.

We may ask for additional information when needed to protect buyers, sellers, payment flows, fraud checks, or legal obligations.

3. Buying and Selling

Listings must describe the item clearly, including condition, size, brand, price, photos, and any defects.
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or misleading items.
Buyers should review listing details before purchasing and communicate respectfully with sellers.
Sellers should ship or deliver items as agreed and keep buyers updated if anything changes.

4. Payments, Payouts, and Fees

Payments, balances, withdrawals, refunds, and fees may be handled by DollApp or third-party service providers. Availability can depend on verification, risk checks, order status, and local requirements.

If a transaction appears suspicious, violates these terms, or creates a safety risk, we may delay, cancel, refund, or review it.

5. Community Standards

DollApp should feel like a trusted community closet, not a place for harassment, spam, scams, or pressure tactics. Keep messages respectful and do not misuse personal information you receive through the platform.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, profile details, and other content you upload. By posting content on DollApp, you allow us to display, store, process, and share it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the marketplace.

Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or falsely suggests affiliation with a brand, person, or business.

7. Account Suspension or Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or interfere with the service. You can also request account deletion through the public delete account screen or by contacting support.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as DollApp grows or legal requirements change. When changes are meaningful, we will take reasonable steps to let users know. Continuing to use DollApp after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
